I met a reasonably well-known horn player in Washington D.C. recently who told me that inside diameter of the old Conns was somewhere around 10.8-11mm.
If you listen to the Cleveland Orchestra recordings of Bruckner symphonies - it is hard to distinguish a difference between the Conns and the Vienna horns.
