Personally, I'd love to be a part of this discussion but it could go
very far astray. I'd be happy to create a special list if everyone would
like so that we could have the discussion off this list. Say the word
and I'll set it up.

I really do not think we should discuss NHR topics on this list. I just
wanted a little insight from one of our British members. That is why I
