We need to make a distinction between two related topics. There was a question posed about the British healthcare system generally in order to gain information to assist the person posing the question in understanding the current US debate on this topic. The poser rightly asked for an offline response--the poser handled this exactly correct. This topic, while of significance to the American listers, is not appropriate to the horn list.
This is in contrast to issues related specifically to medical issues of horn players (or even of musicians generally), which do belong on the horn list. This is the place to discuss lip muscle strain or mechanical changes to the instrument to accommodate physical issues in the player.
