Hi,

I usually dont post here, but I recently had contact with a guy on G+ (
https://plus.google.com/102007286981401611393/about) who works for an NGO
active in Kenya/Somalia and who was very interested in maps of the region. I
mentioned OSM to him and also proposed that people on the ground like him
could improve the map data.

Maybe someone "official" could pick up the contact with this guy and other
NGOs as well.
