Hi Jim, In Potlatch2, go in "Background" menu and click on "Edit" button.
Click on "Add". Enter a new name (like "FirstLook Turkey") and, as new URL: https://services.digitalglobe.com/earthservice/wmtsaccess?CONNECTID=2a8267b3-4df3-4647-8f13-e9627337e269&Service=WMTS&REQUEST=GetTile&Version=1.0.0&Format=image/jpeg&Layer=DigitalGlobe:ImageryTileService&TileMatrixSet=EPSG:3857&TileMatrix=EPSG:3857:$z&TileRow=$y&TileCol=$x (the JOSM one with {zoom} {y} and {x} replaced by $z, $y and $x, respectively) Close the dialog window. The new imagery layer should now be available in the "Background" menu.
