Hi guys, I just happened to be in Manizales, Colombia just a few days after a mudlside swept 16 homes <http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-15629486> (45 dead and many still missing).
Thanks to the help of a local mapper and the Colombian Red Cross, I managed to access the site and "survey" the edge of the disaster area<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=5.063719&lon=-75.510151&zoom=18&layers=M>. I also took points for police roadblocks, restricting access to the area. First of all, is this data that we want in OSM? Then, what tags should be used? I'm not sure how much of this will be permanent and I won't be able to re-assess (leaving tomorrow). Cheers, /Seb.
