There are various ways to show mapping progress.
In the Task manager Statistic panel, we already see the number of tasks. But an
other statistic would be the number of nodes added. This would give an other
view of the progress made, like Ushahidi wich shows the number of events added.
And there are more visual representation of the mapping progress. But how to
integrate this simply in the Task manager? And what is reasonably feasible is
probably the question.
First the progress bar could replace the map on the right of the Task manager
page. Like on the left side of the page, we could have tabs to select either
the TASKS map or the PROGRESS map.
The following page simply shows two maps, at beginning and now

Sometimes, an image is overlayed on the other. We move in and out with a
slider.
There are also progress maps that highlight the nodes added to the map since
the beginning of the project.
