Dear HOT, There was a change made in DC Corporate law that went into effect this year that required us to make minor changes to our Bylaws and Articles of Amendment.
In order to adopt these the membership must vote on them. I'm sharing the documents here with everyone. If you are a HOT member you will be receive a Survey Monkey ballot to vote on these as well sometime tomorrow.
