Hi, We just published this announcement<http://hot.openstreetmap.org/join_the_internship_roster_for_field_deployment>in the Get Involved section for the HOT website, as an opportunity to both propose other kinds of commitment to the HOT volunteers, more in touch with the local OSM communities of these developing countries, and scale up HOT field capacities.
