Well, FEMA has given us anecdotal feedback, in the form of short videos from two FEMA administrators expressing appreciation to volunteers for their efforts. http://www.fema.gov/medialibrary/media_records/10369 http://www.fema.gov/medialibrary/media_records/10370 FEMA also added the data to their GIS portal, so I presume that it was used by the GIS people there. We'll be writing an after-action report including interviews and quantitative data from relevant professionals at FEMA and CAP, plus quality analysis and strategy for future events.
