Yes, I've seen it. Seems that the getBounds/setBounds of Leaflet has some behaviour with the actual panoramic format of the map. Need to have a look on this.

It would be good to trace the bbox on the map an adjust the map to take
account of the bbox.


Good idea. If I don't get to fix the getBounds/setBounds I'll take this solution. Or maybe it can be useful the same, because when your bbox doesn't come from the map, there is not chance it will fit the current viewport. So a drawn bbox on the map can cut off any doubt regarding the area really used.
