Hi everyone,
This isn't HOT related, but it is OSM related. Would be interested to hear
opinions on this recent report "Mapping a Blankspot" which studied the
potential of OSM in community development. We discuss in part the different
types of mappers; those in situ - locals on the ground with local knowledge;
and those who "map from afar", the international online mapping community armed
with satellite imagery and a "birds eye view".
