I've tagged a couple of objects in the Bria area as _building=construction_ as they do appear to be building foundations. For instance, see the objects http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/201925172 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/201925179 (adjacent to one another). Wondering if this key-value should be added to the tagging guidelines at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Central_African_Republic#Current_activities or just noted here. Regards --ceyockey
