The data provides for various sources with no clear license. To import
names, we can use data from Geonames. Michael have converted this data
to osm format for Mali. To import this data, one should import
manually comparing with populated places on Bing imagery and correct
the geolocation. If you are intererested to import the data, Michael
can give you access to his file.
