Syria was already in Osmand, added DR Congo to next batch, should be on
line soon.
Application works off line, but I don't have any howto's for beginners.
It should be easy to use. Long press on screen activates special
location menu on which you tap and get add POI options.
Currently have time only to fix countries missing.

I would like to see humanitarians using such tools on the ground to
report various POI's. But we would have to convince them how easy it
would be to work, probably offline, add POI's and send this to the OSM
database. Do we have an HowTo for non GIS specialists?
