The direct link to the imagery seems to not work. Until this is fixed, you can
simply copy and add manually to the JOSM WMS/TMS preferences.
I just started with the NW corner of that peninsula and notice a large offset of
the imagery compared to previous mapping based on Bing: -221, -440 gives a
reasonable alignment with houses and roads for me.
Please be careful before editing anything in this task.
