Hi fellow mappers, After seeing the blog post about HOT in the CAR (http://hot.openstreetmap.org/updates/2013-04-10_hot_activation_in_central_african_republic), I decided to help with the primary road network. If its ok, I would start in the north-east corner (Birao) and work my way down south.
