_I Damage Assessment (JOSM and Post image) : _
Apparently the community is working on damage assessment for
Philippines, and we have now some post image from digital globe.
When you are making damage assessment, one important functionality is to
be able to rotate the image (Rotate image in Arcgis) when you are
working in JOSM.
Why:because each image is taking with a specific angle and track and if
you are able to rotate the image you can see more damage.

So if somebody has any idea how to do that in JOSM
