The current estimate is that there is up a 20% chance that the coastal areas of
North America from Eureka, California to Port Hardy, British Columbia will
experience a major quake in the next 50 years:

Vancouver BC, Seattle, and Portland would pretty much be flattened.
Would this event be considered within the scope of HOT?
