What is the current way of organizing on-site field workers in Cebu, Tacloban, et al? I haven't been able to discern this from reading around in the website and elsewhere.
I'm ideally looking for a stack rank of sorts of work that needs to be done. Two people (software engineer / first responder) I know are en route (myself included) and would not want to miss certain top priorities for you all of we could help.
