Hi, the best way would have been to directly contact the mapper who has added 90% of the forest around Ixiamas (me). I've used landuse=forest because the forest around Ixiamas is harvested by three big companies. natural=wood I do only use for forests which are almost completly not touched by humans.
The wiki says: "natural=wood: Natural primeval woodland (ie, not managed or harvested)." http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Forest "Woodland where timber production does not dominate use" http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:natural%3Dwood When you look at the Bing Imagery you can see the huge human impacts on this forest.
