Hi, High resolution Pleiades 1A images for Gueckedou (2014-02-05), Macenta (2013-12-10), and Kissidougou (2014-02-07) were bought for MSF by CartONG, with a web licence that allows tracing in OSM, that you must accept before accessing the images.

(It was signed by Gaël Musquet for OSM FR) The TMS URL will soon be provided through TM jobs (that are being setup), as this gives a way to check license acceptance. Use source=Pleiades-1A, CNES, Astrium It is probably better to align the few already existing streets to these images. This will give more coherent data for the streets and buildings that would be useful and important for MSF work. (We are trying to get GPS tracks from the ground, anyway).
