I'll be sending calendar invitations to those that have said that they are participating or have signaled their interest. If you are interested in the Governance WG please send me a note and I'll add you to any possible communication that the WG might decide to have outside of the general channels. Any / all commentary regarding the idea to simply tackle the quorum problem before diving into other changes in the bylaws / other governance issues is most welcome and would be appreciated. All inputs gained will help in figuring out / understanding how people at large feel about this issue (that has been one of the obvious impediments for solid governance).
