We've been thinking about trying to keep the agenda short in order to give us more time for "any other business" discussion. In the past board meetings have been rather regimented, as we try to get through a long list of agenda items. We do also cover plenty of other items by email discussion between meetings, but if you feel like we're missing something, please let us know.
