Wells are an important information to provide. But the Bing Imagery shows 
exactly what I was talking about before. If we look in the streets around, we 
see various water pools that could be left after heayv rain. 

To my point of view, we cannot conclude from this imagery that there is a well. 
I do not see a structure that would confirm a well in the midlle of the place. 

It is not easy to spot these from aerial imagery. For the Mali Activation, 
north of Mali early 2013, we could find wells with traces like a propeller 
around the well. This is done by using livestock moving around to lift the 
water out of the well.  Pierre
