The app we have developed is a native android app that can take pictures and geoloaction. The app uses Ushahidi API endpoint and the reports are displayed at kathmandulivinglabs.org/earthquake . The app can be downloaded from the play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kathmandulivinglabs.quakereport .
We also have Prabhas who lead the development of Formhub and currently working with Ona in our team so quickly deploying ODK form is also not be a problem if we find it necessary.
