I always try so be as precise as possible in a comment. E.g. partly covered by clouds, used mapbox, bing and digitalGlobe imagery, etc.. You can specify what you did and where you had trouble. As long as you don't mark a task as complete, you can do what you want. Commenting helps a lot though :) Thanks for contributing altough its getting harder. I would prefere clean tiles where I can map everything from scratch, but it is more and more cleaning up instead of adding new things..
