Irrelevant. OSM is a database, not a blog. Moreover I quite doubt the source for changeset 35307155 can reasonably be http://geoportail.wallonie.be, unless the recent events have this property to blur geography as well as judgement.
Please keep mapping accurately and in a relevant way, even under such circumstances.
