I just wanted to inform you that the Mexican Government is on a Hurricane Watch today. Hurricane Sandra has turned into a Cat-3 Hurricane and it's heading to the Mexican Pacific Coast (targeting the Baja Peninsula). We [mx gov] started taking precaution measures as today.
