Hey Blake, your description of the bug is exactly right.  We’ve made a few 
improvements (like introducing a delay to the save), but it can still happen 
sometimes.

The telltale signature is when you see a person add a bunch of things, and then 
that same person adds them again a few minutes later (because they did not show 
up post save).  

If you see multiple people adding the same things, that’s not an iD issue - 
that’s just multiple people editing in the same location, which we can’t do 
anything about..
