Hi Claudia, Are you trying to work on a specific project in the tasking manager? Or do you have the same problems with any task in any project?
How did you start JOSM? If you are running the "java -jar josm-latest.jar" from the command line, do you see any error in the terminal that can help us determine what's wrong?
