Hi everyone, For those of you who are developers focused on OSM, database administrators managing OSM data or frequent users of mobile data collection tools, please note that my team at the GFDRR <https://www.gfdrr.org/> Innovation Lab <https://www.gfdrr.org/innovation-lab> has just published an Expression of Interested (EOI) for a new software development project : “Field Data Collection Tools Software Development”.
We are looking to improve the available tools for collecting mobile data, linking it to OSM data and maintaining linked but separate private data. The idea is to make it easier for governments, NGOs and the like to base their normal data collection around OSM and give them an incentive / ability to update OSM directly. Interested software development firms or consortiums thereof are encouraged to apply.
