I'm guessing you may need to provide more information (e.g. versions of the software, browser version, OS, etc).
I set this up on Linux & Chrome a while back and it just worked (which was quite unexpected since Linux is usually more tedious for this type of thing). ------------ Thanks. It is FF 53.0. Desktop. I found that it works in Safe Mode in Firefox.
