Hi, I'm in Niger and as @Ciaran,I found the same thing as the imagery Bing was shifted on some places but I thought someone moved the tracks. After that I found out that in the city of Niamey there is a part that part is updated and part is not. Perhaps this is what is due to the shift observed.
