Hey Janet, I tried to extract all changesets created with the hashtag #TanzanaiDevelopmentTrust and merged with some user information for their first edit. Here's a CSV - https://www.dropbox.com/s/swr54ly2rg4zyw8/osm-changesets-tanzaniadevtrust.csv?dl=0 with 97,262 changesets.
I ran a query on the database that powers https://www.mapbox.com/osm-comments/ and https://osmcha.mapbox.com/ Hope that helps!
