Dear HOT community, First, I would like to thank all the people who contributed their time to the mapping and validating on HOT projects so far. I am writing to you to kindly ask you to contribute to some Typhoon-related projects that still need some help with the map and validation procedure. If you're looking for a particular project to work on, please consider project 9838<https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/9838> located in the Philippines, created by GeoLadiesPH and OpenStreetMap Philippines. The project area has been severly hit by the circulation of Typhoon Ulysses so mapping and validation is needed in order to better coordinate the responders for the Emergency operations. The road network and the building footprints have been almost completely mapped by contributors and only few tasks remain to be mapped. Your mapping time could truly make the difference in this project. Validation is also strongly needed now. Validator Trainee and HOT Global teams have permission to validate these tasks, helping to complete project 9838 that we have been asked to prioritize.
