Position Title: National Manager Customer Support Position Location: Islamabad Sector: Telecom Company Type: Telecom Multinational Company Salary: About 200K (may vary, based on candidate profile) Essential Requirements: -- About 6 to 8 years (or more) Telecom experience. -- Experience of interaction with customer/client -- Engineer with Telecom or related degree (with technical/engineering experience) Note: -- This position is for a Telecom Vendor company (and not for a Telecom Operator company) -- However, candidates can be from both Telecom Vendor and Telecom Operator companies A simple description of the role (to help understand Essential Requirements): This position: a) builds/utilizes relationships with the customer/client companies to find out what they want, and then b) works with the technical team of his own company to provide what is wanted (by the customer/client companies) [Thus, for a) he has to have customer interaction/relationship experience, for b) he needs technical/engineering experience, and for both a) and b) he has to have sufficient seniority to be effective] Duties and Responsibilities: -- Responsible for customer relationship management. -- Responsible for negotiation and auditing. -- Responsible to eliminate the network problems. -- Responsible for Critical issue resolving. -- Responsible for internal organization management. Requirements: -- About 6 to 8 years (or more) of Telecom experience. -- About 3 years (or more) of Operation and Maintenance experience. -- Good understanding about advanced knowledge of telecom. -- Good university and telecom communication major or related major needed. -- Good management ability of customer relationship. -- Good negotiation ability with customer. -- Good resolving ability for important issue. -- Good management ability of internal organization.
