I have a few tattooes, from what little I know personally and have
heard from others, 2 hours work at a time is about right. Even if you
could stand the pain for a longer period of time, your body needs rest
and time to heal between sessions. After all, it is an injury with
bleeding, pain, soreness and intense itching when the healing process
is about finished with flaking off of the injured skin. It reminds me
of a severe sunburn, at least that's the way it feels when I get a
tattoo. For us lovers of the body art, it is all worth any discomfort.
I would estimate that in Logan's case, it would take many months to
get full body coverage. It would be the most painful to have the scalp
tattooed. Anywhere there is no fat or flesh under the skin, it is more
painful to have that area done.
