for its Stafford location. This international organization is

Job Description:
· Develop high-end database driven web-based applications.
· Create multimedia, interactive and simple-to-use software tools
· Participate in setting strategic technical direction for Entogy
Engineering
· Coordinate resource assignments with Project Leaders
· Personally maintain an ongoing system design/integration workload
· Support Applications engineers as required
· Optimize the Entogy project management process to enhance the
customer experience
· Develop and drive project schedules while proactively communicating
internally & externally
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Minimum 4 year college degree
2. 2-3 years of in web development.
3. Flash (2+ years experience)
4. Actionscript (2+ years experience)
5. Coldfusion (2+ years experience)
6. HTML (2+ years experience)
7. Intermediate SQL 2005 knowledge (1+ years experience)
8. Intermediate Javascript knowledge (1+ years experience)
9. Some CSS (1+ years experience)
10. Understanding of entire Macromedia studio (1+ years experience)
11. Focused, self-driven and able to manage to deadlines
12. Team player and willing to take direction
13. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic "start-up" environment
14. Has an overwhelming need and personal drive to get things done
15. Ability to produce modular program design / well-documented code
for long-term maintainability.
16. Ability to jump from one project to another easily
17. Proficient with all/most Microsoft software is a plus
18. Any knowledge of advanced web development tools and their
application is a plus
19. Any additional e-commerce experience is a plus
