This opportunity is with the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health located in Houston, Texas (http://www.sph.uth.tmc.edu).
A link to the job description is shown below. The job is listed as a Systems Analyst, but we also want the person to be a programmer. I envision, given the salary, that there is a junior level programmer who may be interested. This is a very stable job with a great State benefits package. The work will entail migrating and then supporting a handful of applications currently in VBSCRIPT using Access to a web based front end. We will entertain Visual Studio developed applications either in VB or C#. We are also not opposed to Flex/Coldfusion applications in support of this job. If you, or someone you know, might be interested in this possibility, please forward the link below to them where they can apply for the position.
