Those look like the standard Adobe based courses or at least the ones I glanced at. I know a couple years back they sent a few people from here to Connect Learning here in town for the Fast Track CF courses but looking at Connect Learning's website right now I do not see CF mentioned as a course.
Having personally sat through those fast track courses on more than one occasion, I would recommend just working through things like Ben Forta's books or some of the online tutorials. There are a LOT of different ways that people use CFCs and no way is considered the right way by the masses. Also just because you are moving to MX does not mean you have to jump straight into CFCs.
