If I may, while Don's list is indeed useful, I'd like to point out a still larger list:
http://carehart.org/resourcelists/tools_to_consider/ It now has over 700 tools/resources in over 100 categories, all designed to answer those common questions, "where can I find CF resources about .?" or "what tools are available to do .?". Note that with regard to the tools, it's not limited just to CF ones but any CFers may benefit from knowing about.
