I do not know if they are the latest ones or not but I would be careful when updating those drivers and actually I would avoid it unless you have some specific driver issues that you are trying to resolve. It has been my experience that more times than not when updating the data direct drivers I end up introducing new problems. Particularly in regards to stored procedures and Oracle.
