For the price, it's a steal. The only thing I don't like is that I've been
in Nassau when the cruise ship comes in and it's only there for about 6
hours, so make sure you know what you want to do well before arrival. I
recommend the $100 day pass to Atlantis. It's near the cruise terminal and
there are tons of things to do plus a nice beach. Atlantis and the Wyndham
Cable Beach have nice casinos.

Let me know if anyone decides to go. It's never hard to get me to the
Caribbean.

So, for those of you who haven't heard of RIAdventure (AKA the "Geek
Cruise"), I strongly recommend
checking out the website:

http://riadventure.com/

RIAdventure is a Norwegian Cruise Lines cruise to the Bahamas, leaving Miami
on February 9th and
returning the 13th. The rate is fantastic, so even with the added expense
of travel from Houston to
Miami, it's still a good deal.

It's not a conference and there will be no sessions. There is casual
networking and there may be
some informal group get-togethers. They will be semi-organized based on
how many and who sign up.

All are welcome, but so far it's been most actively promoted in the Adobe
developer community
(Joshua Cyr, ColdFusion developer extraordinaire, is responsible for putting
it together.)

Anyone interested in vacationing with a bunch of geeks? :)

Seth
