The jQuery website has a lot of useful information as well. Plus there is a google group for jQuery that is very active and has a good bit of CF people in it as an added plus: http://groups.google.com/group/jquery-en
Finding how to use jQuery via online searches usually is pretty straight forward. Figuring out how to manipulate the plugins to perform how you want them to can sometimes be a challenging task. jQuery is one of the tools in my toolbox that I use quite often. It can be easy though to fall into a trap of thinking it should be used for all sorts of solutions simply because plugins exist. I say trap because in some cases much better solutions exist out there to use that are outside of jQuery.
