I think ExtJS offers a lot more "out of the box" than jQuery where with
jQuery you have to go searching for just the right plugin to get some common
UI stuff done.  I am just guessing here but probably makes for a harder
thing to support and to get contracted out to even use if you need to hunt
down each individual makers of the plugins.
