Position Summary - Description
The Designer’s role is to lead the creative process and to maintain
excellence in the creation of innovative and effective designs for o
nline business and marketing solutions. Work will include web design
, on-line marketing, printed catalogs, seasonal direct marketing mai
lers, designing periodical advertisements, creating banner ads, etc.
Requirements
• Demonstrates outstanding creativity and excellent design skills
• Displays leadership on projects and ensures quality of team del
iverables
• Effective communicator, able to present design concepts to clie
nts and team members
• Experienced working on multiple projects with minimal supervisi
on
• Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Proactively promotes excellence within department and supports
established best practices
• Committed to research/training to remain on cutting edge of sol
utions/technology
• Adopts current online trends and encourages interactive innovat
ion with the team
• Capable of fully understanding and communicating Company’s
offerings
Qualifications
• Online portfolio with web design samples
• Experience using CSS
• Corporate project experience
• Interactive web design experience
• Interactive application knowledge
• Understanding of a wide range of technologies and offerings
**Cold Fusion experience a plus
