You might want to recreate the zip file, it has the folder structure
for documents and settings in it.

I started working with jQuery about 3 weeks ago after years of using
YUI, Prototype and Spry.  I am never gonna touch either one of those
libs again - EVER <grin>.  I am so in love with how simple and
powerful jQuery is that I wish I had taken the time to look at it last
year <sigh>.  IMHO, I think every web dev ought to take a good long
look at it.

I was looking at json.cfm.  Are you not on CF8/9 yet?  there are 2
functions that make most of that processing unneccessary

SerializeJSON() and deSerializeJSON().  Just in case you overlooked them.
