hey gang,

My boss threw me a curveball yesterday by handing me an Access database that
needs a few changes. However, the original file he gave me is an MDE file
and not the actual MDB, so my understanding is that all the VB code (and it
has a lot) is compiled. He has since given me 4 MDB files. I have no
idea in what version of Access they were created, but its been probably 6-7
years since they were created.

So I open the mdb file in Access 2007 and I get the main forms. I go to the
Visual Basic editor and I see thees and classes, but when I try to open any
of them I get "Project is Unviewable" or "project Locked". I googled this
and see an article about digital signatures getting messed up, but this mdb
file has no digital signature.

anyone work with Access much anymore? Ken, I think I remember you
mentioning you have been working with Access lately. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Mark
