hey gang, In my company, the developers (5 of us) also serve as PMs. Especially on projects of bigger scope, this means we interface a lot with our customers, gathering requirements, reading between the lines on what they say they want/need versus what they really want/need, etc. Its obvious our team, myself included, are not PMs, but we need to get better at it. Anyone have suggestion on specific books, training, methodologies, etc that I should look at? I am not looking to get my PMP cert, but something that I can put forth in our group to help everyone gather requirements, write functional specs and translate to technical specs. Thanks
